HIIT Classes (High Intensity Interval Training)
Our classes are 45 minutes of high intensity movements and activities for a full body workout. Each timer-based, coach driven class is divided into multiple 45 second stations designed to go at your own pace and can be modified for any fitness level. Trainers will tailor moves if a member desires, or if it’s their first time. By changing the intervals, intensity, or movements, classes are a welcoming environment for anyone.
